If you want your child to stay active, social, and “unplugged” when school is out, Camp Hubbard is the perfect summer day camp option! Operating since 1998, this top-notch, co-ed sports camp is designed for ages 4½ to 14. Kids have a great time making new friends while also learning lots of new sports, games, and theme weeks including basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, archery, swimming and more.

Children do not have to be skilled athletes to have an amazing time at Camp Hubbard. Our goal is to provide an environment in which the campers can feel safe learning new activities, have fun, be active, and make new friends. We teach them games and play a variety of sports each day.

Dates and Locations
Camp Hubbard will run from May 26 through July 31 at four Valley locations:
• St. Bernadette Parish in Scottsdale
• Sunnyslope High School in Phoenix
• Paradise Valley Christian in Phoenix
• Griffith Elementary – Arcadia in Phoenix

Camp dates vary by location. There are half-day and full-day options available. Half-day is from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and the full-day is from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Costs
$220/week half-day; $285/week full-day. Siblings are $200 and $265. Full-day campers are required to bring their own self-cooled lunch to camp on Mondays through Thursdays. Every Friday is “Pizza Friday” and Camp Hubbard provides lunch to everyone. Complimentary snacks are provided every morning to all campers.

There are also “Extended Stay” childcare options every day from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. During the Extended Stay hours, campers participate in “Open Gym” with organized group games, quiet time, board games, coloring activities, and more. The weekly cost is $50 per child for both morning and afternoon hours (7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.); $25 per child for just the additional morning care (7:30 to 8 a.m.) Each additional sibling receives 50% off weekly extended stay fees.

Weekly Themes
Campers love the different weekly themes offered because themes inspire creativity, new challenges, and a different focus around sports and games. Fridays are the designated “theme days” when campers are invited to come dressed up for that week’s special theme.
