Camp Hubbard will offer an exciting, action-packed winter camp for children, ages 4 to 14, at Paradise Valley Christian Preparatory School in Phoenix.

Children will get to stay active and busy during their winter break playing basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, archery, field sports, and a variety of games. Camp Hubbard’s Winter Camp is offered in full-day and half-day options.

Camp dates are: December 21 – 23 and December 28 – 30. The full-day option is from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and the half-day is from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Parents may sign their children up for the day. The cost is $60 for a full day and $45 for a half day. Doors open at 8 a.m. Full day campers must bring their own self-cooled lunches.

Children do not have to be skilled athletes to have a great time at Camp Hubbard. Some campers have never tried many of the sports and activities that the staff introduces them to. However, the campers who are skilled athletes are challenged and motivated by the highly-qualified and dedicated staff members.

The goal during winter camp is to guide and teach every camper according to their ability while making the activities fun and rewarding. Camp Hubbard staff is trained in working with youth, conflict management, and game facilitation. They are all CPR, First Aid, and lifeguard certified.

At the camp, COVID-19 safety is top of mind. Campers will be kept in small groups with all campers and staff wearing masks throughout the day and social distancing when possible.
