Glendale, AZ – Foothills Christian Church, an inclusive North Valley congregation, celebrates families of all kinds at their annual Gratitude Festival November 22, 2014 from 3pm-8:30pm, at 3951 W. Happy Valley Rd. Glendale, AZ 85310.
The annual event includes food, music, drumming and games for fun-seekers ages 2 up with carnival-style games, a bouncer house, cakewalk, and more. Local musicians and storytellers will entertain the audience as they enjoy fun and food. Local crafts and gifts will be on sale for those who enjoy unique holiday gifts. As the sun sets, a celebratory bonfire will light up the night sky and warm those roasting marshmallows by the fire. A drum circle will gather throughout the evening, so everyone is invited to bring drums, rattles, rain sticks or any other hand percussion instrument to join in.
This one-night only event is November 22, 2014 from 3pm-8:30pm, located at 3951 W. Happy Valley Rd. Glendale, AZ 85310. Please bring canned or pantry items to donate to the local food bank. Games and music are free, so for as little as $10 your entire family can enjoy an evening of fun, community, and gratitude before the Thanksgiving holiday.
