Go Conquer Fitness’ main mission is to educate people on the best alternative routes for injury prevention, pain management, clean living and much more. In that spirit and in conjunction with the one year anniversary of Go Conquer Fitness opening at Kino Plaza, Go Conquer Fitness is hosting a fun and informative ladies night complete with door prizes, giveaways, samples and of course no ladies night is complete without some wine! Come out for fun, friendship, and laughter! The whole evening is designed with you in mind. Mark your calendars for May 18 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Another passion of Go Conquer Fitness is to highlight local women business owners that are on fire! Businesswomen that are educated in their fields, compassionate to their customers, and rock an amazing business. In that spirit, Go Conquer Fitness is very proud to highlight two women owned businesses that are serving the community in very impactful ways.

Splash Cosmetics is a new start up founded in 2018 by Nyreesha Evans and Robbie Turner. Splash Cosmetics makes CBD infused natural bath and body products. Currently Splash sells CBD infused bath bombs that also include Himalayan pink salt, coconut oil, and essential oils. As the business grows, they will be including lotions, body butters, bath salts, and body wash.

Splash’s bath and body products are infused with CBD oil because CBD is known to carry amazing properties that can help with chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety and more. Splash’s mission is to promote self-care through connecting physical health and mental health. Self-care is important to our mental and physical health, but a majority of women do not show themselves self-care. Individuals who have chronic pain may also have a mental illness.

The second woman-owned business Go Conquer has teamed up with is Fierce-Velvet, owned by makeup artist Anali Cortez. Anali says, “Over the last 10 years in the make-up and cosmetic business I have had the amazing opportunity to have met some incredible women. From business leaders and high-profile political professionals breaking glass ceilings to the privilege of helping cancer survivors find their confidence again. These women are the reason I decided to start my company FierceVelvet. The name is inspired by all of the women that fiercely take on life’s challenges and through all of it, remain nurturing.”

This promises to be a wonderful event you won’t want to miss!
