Yoga for Recovery: 6 – 8 p.m. EVERY Wednesday evening. Experience the physical as well as emotional benefits of yoga. Invigorate your mind and body in this gentle yoga class tailored for breast cancer survivors that includes soothing stretches, meditation, relaxation and centering breath techniques to help reduce daily stress and boost overall immune function. Meditation for Healing: 6 – 7 p.m. on the first and third Thursday of every month. The duration of this class is one hour, introducing a variety of techniques of meditation to include visualization, breath work, positive affirmation and guided meditation. No RSVP required.

This group is for those diagnosed with breast cancer to find support and learn from one another. Sharing with others who have had similar experiences can reduce stress and anxiety. Look Good… Feel Better: 4:30 – 6:30 p.m., every other month. This a non-medical, brand-neutral public service program that teaches beauty techniques to cancer patients to help them manage the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment. Caregivers: Supporting Our Loved Ones Together: 6 – 8 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of every month. Has someone you love been diagnosed with Breast Cancer? Join other caregivers whose loved ones also have been affected and discuss all aspects of being a caregiver. No RSVP required.

Cooking for Wellness: 6 – 8 p.m., every other month. A registered dietician covers breast cancer-related nutrition topics during a cooking demonstration and tasting that features meals loaded with antioxidants to help boost your immune system. Eating well also can help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce fatigue and increase energy throughout your cancer journey. Open to family and friends.
