Cristina is a lawyer spectating in Telecommunication Relay Services and
service as in-house counsel and Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs,
where she leads efforts across a broad range of regulatory, compliance
and advocacy issues impacting hard-of-hearing consumers and
providers of accessibility technology. As the daughter of two individuals
who have been hard of hearing since birth, Cristina
brings a lifelong personal connection and deep
commitment to accessibility and community.
Matt Gonclaves, is the Sr. Marketing Director. He is
passionate about empowering individuals with hearing
loss to stay connected on the phone through the app,
combining creativity and data-driven insights to deliver
meaningful campaigns that build awareness,
engagement and authentic connections.
