You may be over it and you may think you’re too old for a traditional Easter Egg hunt, but now you can let that lawn game you remember from childhood take on a decidedly grown up vibe.   On Saturday, April 8th come join in and have some adult fun for a good cause.  Mortimer Farms in Dewey, will be hosting their Grown Up Easter Egg Hunt with a portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold going to the Yavapai Food Bank.

Sharla Mortimer stated, “Our farm park is all about kids and there are many Easter egg hunts for the little ones in our region. We thought it would be fun to host a big kid event”. This event is for ages 21 and older and includes hundreds of dollars of prizes including a brand new 40 inch TV. The event starts at 6:30 pm and a full moon is planned but attendees are encouraged to bring their own flashlight.

Appetizers and drinks will be served before the hunt and the actual hunt starts at 7 pm. In the spirit of the season the number of eggs retrieved will be per person with a limit. A cash bar will remain open throughout the event. Attendees are encouraged to also bring at least 2 non perishable food items for the Yavapai Food Bank.

Tickets are $25.00 per person and can be purchased on line at; http://mortimerfarmsaz.com/mortimer-farms-adult-easter-egg-hunt.htm
