My company & title is… I am the owner and surgeon at Elite ENT. We are an ear, nose, and throat practice located in North Phoenix. We provide services to all ages and offer things like allergy testing and treatment, sinus surgery which can sometimes be done in the office, in office sinus CT scanning, hearing screening/tests, and hearing aids. I also offer several surgeries of the throat (such as tonsils), mouth, ears, nose, and neck.
A typical day in my life includes… Most of my day is spent working and striving to provide the best care to my patients as possible. After work I go home to my family to have dinner and spend time with my beautiful wife and incredibly awesome son. At the end of the day if there is time, I like to relax and play videogames.
My favorite thing about living/working in the Desert Ridge area is… I love the area because it is fairly central and growing, and there is lots to do around here. I am a regular at Dave and Busters with my family.
My favorite movie I could never get tired of watching and why… What Dreams May Come. It resonates with me so much because it shows there are no limits to the things we do for those we love.
My family… Consists of my wife, my four year-old son, and two Shiba Inus, Kiba and Akamaru.
The business lesson I learned the hard way is… Always strive to please, but realize that it is not always possible.
One thing I cannot live without… If we are referring to a person, my son. He is the inspiration in my life that makes me want to always better myself. If an object, my cell phone because I love my cell phone games! If food, Puerto Rican and Indian food. Mofongo is my favorite Puerto Rican dish. For Indian, Lamb Koorma.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… A veterinarian because I love animals!
The song I would sing at Karaoke night is… My Girl by The Temptations. The vocal range is perfect for my voice and I like the song.
The one person who motivates me is… My son, he makes me want to keep working hard and growing as a person.
The last thing that made me laugh out loud was… Ron Swanson clips from Parks and Recreation.
The perfect day would be… Lying in a nice shady spot on the beach in Puerto Rico. I highly recommend everyone to visit the island at least once. It is full of great music, dancing, food, beaches, and atmosphere.
My first job was… An office clerk in a medical office. It gave me good insight into what goes on behind the scenes in a medical office.
My life… Is a lot of work, but worth all of it.
I’m currently working on… Personal growth and becoming the best ENT in Phoenix. Also, trying to improve my salsa dancing skills!
The best gift I’ve ever received was… My son.
The actor I would want to play me in a movie of my life is… A young Alfred Molina. I liked his role in Spiderman 2.
My dream vacation would be to… I would love to go on a ramen tour through all of Japan. I am in love with the tonkatsu ramen.
