Wow Wow Hawaiian Lemonade – coming soon to Happy Valley and 39th Ave., is bringing the taste of Hawaii to our own backyard! From the island vibe complete with decorative colors, surf boards and surf videos, the shop offers waves of lemonades, acai bowls and avocado toast that will truly make you say WOW!

The Happy Valley location will be owned and operated by a local couple, Dena and Tim Weiderhoft, who met the brand owners by chance at a dinner party. They instantly fell in love with the concept and flew to Maui to see it first hand! After an amazing week and trying almost everything on the menu, they knew they had to open one! This location will be the fourth one in Arizona and will heavily rely on local farmers for fresh produce to carry on the sense of community that Wow Wow prides itself on.

WOW WOW was born in Maui by a couple in San Diego, who lost their son at the age of three and decided to embark on pursuing their passion rather than the busy life of corporate America. They started a handcrafted lemonade and street waffle business in the famer’s markets of California. Their success led them to expand, where they decided to call Maui home.

Wow Wow has more than two dozen different flavors of raw, cold-pressed lemonades and limeades ranging from $4-$9. They also offer classic options like all-lemon, strawberry mint and watermelon basil which can be served either iced or frozen. Then there are sparkling varieties, including the crisp and sugary mojito limeade, made with coconut water and sweetened with agave or local honey. Lastly, there are “life” lemonades, which seem to offer health benefits with additions like cayenne, turmeric, and charcoal.

Iced teas, cold brew coffee, and rotating kombuchas on tap are also available. Guests have the option to order any drink in a $5 mason jar that they can take home and get refilled at a 50-cent discount. Filling a growler costs $15 to $18.

Wow Wow may not fully transport you to Hawaii, but it is an ideal place to chill and binge on healthy-ish treats with friends or family.
