Unleash Your Inner Musician: Free Summer Camps Offer Teens Unforgettable Musical Experiences
This summer, Paradise Valley Community College (PVCC) is set to hit a high note with its lineup of free music summer camps for students aged 14 to 18. With a diverse selection of camps spanning genres and disciplines, there’s something for everyone, from budding musicians to seasoned performers.
Running daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a 45-minute lunch break, these camps are taught by passionate college and high school music faculty and guest instructors. The camps will take place at PVCC’s Center for the Performing Arts Music Room (CPA115) or in the adjacent Music Building (N-building) and Electronic Music Lab (M-East Building). PVCC’s Center for the Performing Arts is located at 18401 North 32nd St.
To participate, students must provide their own lunch, snacks, and water bottles. Reservations are required.

• May 30 – June 1: Music Theory Boot Camp (15 students max)
• June 5 – 8: Electronic Music Production Camp (15 students max)
• June 5 – 8: Jazz Music Camp (20 students max)
• June 12 – 15: Vocal & Choral Singing Camp (20 students max)
• June 19 – 22: Songwriting & Recording Camp (15 students max)
• June 26 – 29: Musical Theater Camp (20 students max)
In addition to the summer camps, PVCC is offering free evening workshops with no experience necessary, as well as the summer musical theater production of “Kinky Boots.”
