Greater Phoenix Chamber 2023 ATHENA Awards Nominations Open
The Greater Phoenix Chamber is now accepting nominations for its 2023 ATHENA Awards program, which recognizes and celebrates the achievements of businesswomen across the Greater Phoenix region.
The ATHENA Award, an internationally prized honor, recognizes women who demonstrate excellence in professional leadership, community service, and mentorship of future leaders. Each year, the Greater Phoenix Chamber’s ATHENA Awards highlight three local women at the top of their field, who demonstrate inspiring leadership within their industry, mentor others throughout their career, and give back to their community.
The Greater Phoenix Chamber proudly hosts one of the most established and highly regarded ATHENA Awards programs in the country. Over the past 35 years, 65 accomplished Valley businesswomen have earned the title of ATHENA. The ATHENA Awards recipients will be announced at the Greater Phoenix Chamber’s 36th Annual ATHENA Awards on November 15 at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge. David Koechner to Host “Office”-Themed Trivia and Behind-the-Scenes Storytelling Event
Unleash your inner Dunder Mifflinite and prepare to flex your trivia muscles with the audacious Todd Packer himself, David Koechner. The renowned actor, famed for his role as the paper company’s notorious salesman on NBC’s “The Office,” will host a special trivia event on Saturday, June 24, at 3 p.m. at CB Live, 21001 N. Tatum Blvd.
Fans of “The Office” will have an opportunity to compete in teams, vying for an assortment of “mediocre” prizes – a playful nod to the sitcom’s uniquely offbeat humor. But more than the trivia, attendees will be treated to behind-the-scenes tales from Koechner’s time on the Emmy-winning show.
Multiple rounds of trivia will challenge participants’ knowledge of the hit series, culminating in a final, theatrical round. The top teams will need to channel their favorite “The Office” characters and showcase their acting skills in an attempt to win Koechner’s approval and earn the coveted title of trivia champions. The event will run for approximately 90 minutes.
