At the direction of the Scottsdale City Council, the City Manager and City Attorney through a team of city staff – including police and code enforcement representatives – developed a recommendation on how to update the city’s public nuisance ordinance to address unruly parties or gatherings and is recommending that a “Nuisance Parties and Unlawful Gatherings” ordinance be considered for adoption by the City Council.
