Exciting news is on the way for North Valley residents who like adrenaline pumping activities and those wanting to reach new heights with their fitness goals. Construction has begun for Gecko Climbing Gym, located in Deer Valley, with a planned opening date of spring 2021.
“Our climbing facility will feature 30-foot roped climbing walls and 15-foot bouldering walls,” says owner Chris Tansey. “Whether you’re an avid climber or new to the sport, Gecko Climbing Gym is for everyone.”
“We will offer instructional climbing courses, yoga and fitness classes, as well as host climbing competitions, youth teams, afterschool programs and parties for groups,” he continues.
This month, discounted Founder Memberships are available and locals are encouraged to purchase them before they hit full price, Tansey says.
