It’s the New Year and one resolution we can definitely keep is trying out new local restaurants. Luckily, the North Valley’s restaurant scene is booming with many new eateries having just opened or are scheduled to open soon. We’ve rounded up several restaurants that are new to the North Valley — try out a new potential favorite today!

Barrio Cosita
Opened: Fall 2021

Buddha’s Ritual

Type of Food: Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This new locale serves a number of signature items like croffles (croissant waffles) and Buddha’s Benny with crispy pork belly in the morning and pho, ramen, a deconstructed Banh Mi plate, kimchi mac and cheese, kimchi grilled cheese, and stone brick oven pizzas with Asian-inspired toppings in the evenings.
