Last fall, GPS Commercial Advisors and Simon CRE announced that a new mixed use development project located at the Southwest corner of Vistancia Boulevard and El Mirage Road is now underway.

GPS Commercial Advisors notes in their marketing package for the project that it is strategically positioned at “the dominant retail and commercial intersection in Vistancia.”

We recently checked in with GPS Commercial Advisors for an update on the project, which is still under construction.

“Although we cannot officially announce the tenants yet, we are able to say that Vistancia will have a national coffee, national automotive, and national Mexican QSR [fast food restaurant] joining the tenant mix, alongside Macayo’s,” says Jordyn Abbott, Marketing and Transaction Manager at GPS Commercial Advisors.

“We are excited that Vistancia is seeing additional commercial development,” says Katie Roe of Upper West Side PHX (@upperwestsidephx on Facebook), a grassroots community movement encouraging specialty shops and restaurants to open locations on the Upper West Side. “The developer is aware of Upper West Side PHX and the types of businesses we are trying to attract. We look forward to hearing what tenants are coming to the area.”
