The Cave Creek Museum, in collaboration with the Kiwanis Club of Carefree, is set to host an enchanting afternoon of Western entertainment titled “Legends of the West with the Singing Cowboy” on May 21, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Gary Sprague, known as the “Singing Cowboy,” accompanied by his intelligent horse, Dusty, will charm audiences with their captivating tales and melodic tunes from the Old West. The duo, who were the grand marshals for the Parada del Sol in February, promise an engaging experience for all ages.
To participate in this unforgettable event, attendees must register in advance by calling 480-488-3764. The entry fee is a mere $5, made possible by the generous support of the Kiwanis of Carefree.
The Cave Creek Museum, a 52-year-old institution, is dedicated to preserving the prehistory, history, culture, and legacy of the Cave Creek Mining District and the Cave Creek/Carefree foothills area. The museum achieves its mission through education, research, and interpretive exhibits, and is located at 6140 E. Skyline Dr., Cave Creek.
