Scottsdale company Lifestyle Homes was recently named architect, engineer and construction service company of the year by the Information Management Network during a dinner at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.
Lifestyle Homes specializes in build-to-rent communities, working with developers in Arizona to bring their vision to reality.
Nominations are evaluated by a panel and graded. Companies receiving the highest scores for the presentation and examples of their work are named finalists in November with final winners announced at the awards dinner in December.
Lifestyle Homes has completed more than 2000 homes, plus the amenities and infrastructure within build-to-rent communities throughout Arizona. The company is also licensed in Nevada and is planning to expand operations to Texas.
