Aioli Gourmet Burgers is a special story of three life-long friends who had a dream to bring quality products to hungry people all around the Valley of the Sun.
Aioli started with one food truck and a very big dream. They quickly grew into three trucks and a catering company.
When choosing a restaurant location, it was a no-brainer – they opened up in the neighborhood where it all began, at 32nd St. and Shea.
But you all know that story, right?
Since that time, they have won numerous awards and most recently were featured on ABC 15’s list of five burgers you must try in Arizona.
So where do the friends go from there? They got a liquor license! Aioli is thrilled to now be serving beer and wine, along with their award-winning burgers.
