For the first time ever, the Devour Culinary Classic will be bringing “Devour the World” to Centennial Plaza in Peoria. Founded in 2009 by Kimber Lanning, Founder of Local First Arizona, Devour Phoenix is an initiative of Local First Arizona and rose up as a collaborative coalition of local chefs working to create a destination food and dining scene worthy of national prestige. The cornerstone of this coalition is Devour Week, a multi-event food and drink experience.
Considered by many to be the most anticipated culinary week of the season, Devour Week is comprised of three signature events – Devour the World, Seven Chefs Dinner and Devour Culinary Classic, all of which aim to elevate Arizona’s culinary and cocktail culture and spotlight the region as a world-class destination for food and dining.
