After successful runs in New York City, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta and Dallas, the wildly popular The “FRIENDS” Experience just opened in Phoenix. Originally created for the show’s 25th anniversary, fans can celebrate their favorite friends and revisit some of the series’ most iconic moments with this interactive experience created by Superfly X, Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment and Warner Bros. Television Group. “The One in Phoenix” will be located at Paradise Valley Gateway at 10845 N. Tatum Boulevard in Phoenix. Tickets are on sale now exclusively at FriendsTheExperience.com/Phoenix.
Voted a “Best New Attraction” by “USA Today,” the “FRIENDS” Experience features 12 nostalgia-packed rooms and activations, including Monica’s kitchen and the iconic “FRIENDS” fountain. The interactive space provides opportunities to explore the show’s history and re-create your favorite moments, including peeking around Rachel and Monica’s purple door, relaxing in Chandler and Joey’s recliner, or helping Ross with the infamous sofa pivot. And of course, the space will feature a re-created Central Perk with the legendary orange couch. An on-site “FRIENDS” retail store featuring exclusive products will also be open to both ticketed and non-ticketed guests.

The “FRIENDS” Experience will be open through May 8. Hours are posted on the website at FriendsTheExperience.com/Phoenix. Timed entry tickets are available starting at $30.50 plus taxes and fees. Private access tickets are also available for groups of up to six to 10 guests. These tickets allow fans to visit the space in the morning before general ticketholders arrive as well as ensure maximum social distancing between groups for a more private experience.
To ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests, The “FRIENDS” Experience remains “Monica Clean” and plans to continue COVID-19 protocols throughout the space, include social distancing, requiring masks, and thorough cleaning and sanitization measures.
To prepare for The “FRIENDS” Experience’s 2022 tour, fans can watch “FRIENDS: The Reunion” special and binge all 236 episodes of the original series on HBO Max.
