Humble Bistro

A new Italian cuisine concept with Latin and European influences. The High Street location, which is taking over where La Bocca used to be, will offer signature items found on their Humble Pie menus (hello Neapolitan pizza!) with additional entrees not found anywhere else that are inspired by Food Network Star Chef Jorge Gomez’s travels around the world. Expect to find fresh pasta, charcuterie, world-class pizza, and an impressive assortment of wines at Humble Bistro.

Cook & Craft

Bringing this beloved concept to their second location on High Street, Cook & Craft offers a wide-ranging menu that includes modern American, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free offerings in a modern, warm setting. And don’t forget the upscale cocktails! Cook & Craft supports local businesses including coffee roasters, breweries, and distilleries. Their first location is located off of Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale.

Nori Sushi

Valley sushi favorite Nori is moving from their Desert Ridge Marketplace location to High Street, to a new larger, upgraded location. The newest location in the “teriyaki & roll” group of restaurants, Yogi’s brings their beloved bowls, rolls, salads and noodles to High Street. The casual dining restaurant specializes in healthy Japanese cuisine that include Teriyaki, Tempura, Sushi and vegetable dishes. Fan-favorite dishes include their Hawaiian Roll, a California Roll topped with yellow-fin tuna and Yakisoba, pan-fried noodles with your custom choice of meat, vegetables, and rice.
