Recently, Scott Vineyard, and his wife, Lara, opened up Arizona’s first Mobility Plus store right here in North Scottsdale.
Mobility Plus is a nationwide franchise that has been providing mobility solutions for aging Americans, the disabled and veterans for more than 10 years. Their industry-leading products include scooters, power wheelchairs, ramps, lift chairs, stair lifts, pool lifts, vehicle lifts, pool therapy equipment and fall prevention products.
“I was drawn to this industry because I wanted to have a positive impact on the lives of others and find ways to improve the customers’ buying experience,” says Scott. “Educating our customers about the products and solutions available is an integral part of our business.”

Scott and Lara know firsthand the struggles of trying to care for loved ones who are mobility-impaired.

As co-owners of the store, the husband-wife team ensures that every customer receives the highest level of service and is properly fitted to their equipment.
Scott and Lara’s goal is to provide customers with consistent, reliable products and service that are available throughout the state of Arizona. Their team of franchisees are in the process of opening additional stores this year with hopes for 15 to 20 more Arizona franchises in the future.
