The Mountain Preserve Blockwatch is seeking a volunteer to step up as a signer, filling a crucial gap left by the current signer’s resignation. This vital role requires a commitment spanning a minimum of one year, starting immediately and continuing through July 2025.
The responsibilities of the signer include signing checks, quarterly grant reports, and the grant contract. Additionally, each July, signers are required to complete a short grant education class. While no specific requirements are needed, having a computer is helpful. This position is simple but critical. Without a second signer, the Blockwatch cannot utilize its current grant money or apply for future grants.
