Earlier this year, the award-winning 7,100-acre Vistancia community located in Northwest Peoria announced the opening of its fourth and final lifestyle community within the master planned development, Northpointe at Vistancia – the community’s elevated desert living community. Northpointe at Vistancia, which will include an estimated 3,200 homes upon completion, currently offers four new home neighborhoods by David Weekley Homes and Pulte Homes ranging from 1,841 to 3,041 square feet. Homes start in the high $400,000’s.
