One Step Beyond, Inc. (OSBI)—a leading provider of comprehensive programming and services for adults who have intellectual disabilities— just announced that Jeff Swanson has been promoted to executive director of administration.
In the role, Swanson will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operational functions, streamlining management systems, monitoring budgets, supervising managers, improving business efficiency, and analyzing financial data. In addition, Swanson has been tasked with helping the organization solve its most recent workforce challenges. One Step beyond promotes purpose-driven work, and Swanson will be working diligently over the next few months to communicate that concept to potential and prospective employees.
A seasoned veteran with more than 18 years of experience, Swanson was most recently OSBI’s executive director of Arizona development and communications. In the role, he oversaw fundraising efforts to build out the addition and refurbishment of several Valley campuses located in Peoria, Surprise and Scottsdale. Before starting at OSBI, Swanson worked with the Arizona Diamondbacks. As manager of alumni relations, he oversaw special events, and as a business manager in outreach and development, he worked with corporate and community impact and the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation.
Deeply committed to his community, Swanson has served on the board of directors for United Blood Services, Arrowhead Little League, Eagle Cove Community HOA, and the Bee Kind People Project.

Swanson received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, while a student athlete at The Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.
