Over Easy, the well-known local breakfast restaurant, has officially opened its newest location in Peoria at 25738 N. Lake Pleasant Pkwy. This latest addition marks the 16th location for the popular eatery, further expanding its presence in the West Valley.
“We are thrilled to be opening our 16th Over Easy, marking our third presence in the West Valley,” says COO Brian Terpay, who resides in the West Valley. “We are excited to become part of this vibrant neighborhood and welcome both new and familiar faces to the Over Easy family.”
The new Peoria location features a main dining room, bar, and patio, providing a welcoming space for guests seven days a week for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Known for its energized takes on classic breakfast staples, Over Easy’s menu includes favorites like banana nut French toast, golden waffle dogs, chilaquiles, the Monte Cristo, and a variety of fresh salads and sandwiches.
Each Over Easy restaurant is renowned for its modern diner vibe, including custom neon wall decor. This aesthetic and the restaurant’s great customer service have led to features on the Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives,” as well as recognition in “Bon Appétit” Magazine and “Travel + Leisure” as one of America’s best breakfast and brunch restaurants.
