Get ready, Arizona! The former Paradise Valley Mall is about to be redefined with a groundbreaking, luxurious wellness community. RED Development has joined forces with Life Time, the nation’s premier healthy lifestyle brand, to create the first-ever Life Time Living in Arizona at PV. This innovative concept will combine an athletic country club and over 300 upscale residences for lease, with the grand opening set for 2026.
Life Time Living Paradise Valley will offer a variety of one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as spacious penthouses. These stunning homes will be packed with amenities such as work-from-home lounges, a private dining room, yoga and fitness studios, meditation areas, and even an outdoor pool deck with a jacuzzi pool and cabanas. Residents can also enjoy an indoor/outdoor bar area, grilling stations, outdoor game areas, firepits, a dog park, and EV charging stations. And if that isn’t enough, concierge wellness programming will give residents direct access to Life Time’s wellness professionals and nutrition coaching, complete with meal preparation and delivery.
But wait, there’s more! A 92,000-square-foot Life Time athletic country club will be just steps away from the residences, offering group fitness, barre, cycling, Pilates, yoga studios, a spacious fitness floor, outdoor pickleball courts, a Kids Academy, LifeCafe, and LifeSpa. The pièce de résistance? A rooftop beach club connecting to Life Time Living’s rooftop pool, creating a hospitality deck spanning over 1.5 acres.
RED’s managing partner, Mike Ebert, expressed excitement about this innovative project: “Bringing the state’s first Life Time Living, along with its athletic country club, to Paradise Valley is a proud moment for RED and marks a major milestone for PV in bringing luxury living and wellness to this market with a first-of-its-kind concept.”
The multi-phase, multi-year PV redevelopment will also feature a 3+ acre central park and community gathering place surrounded by dining, entertainment, and retail experiences. With lush landscaping, open spaces, and walk and bike paths, PV is set to become a true oasis for more than 3,000 residents.
Parham Javaheri, chief property development officer and executive vice president at Life Time, adds, “We cannot wait to debut Life Time Living at PV, all as part of one vibrant experience that embraces the ethos of our healthy way of life brand.”
Arizona, prepare to experience the ultimate in luxury living and wellness when Life Time Living Paradise Valley makes its grand debut in 2026!
