Scheels All Sports Inc., a sports retailer, is initiating a local hiring spree for its new, colossal flagship store set to launch in Chandler in September.
The location, previously occupied by Nordstrom Inc. in the Chandler Fashion Center, is ready to open its doors after standing vacant for nearly a year.
This Scheels store boasts an expansive 250,000 square feet, designed to host a ferris wheel, arcade, aquarium, and over 75 specialty stores.
Scheels aims to employ a large team before its debut, offering a variety of roles, including traditional retail positions and several special roles. The company’s brick-and-mortar experience-based strategy has bolstered foot traffic in its stores, enhancing the shopping experience.
