The luxurious landscape of Paradise Valley is set to be enhanced with the debut of ‘Nova’, an $18.5 million European transitional estate. This architectural home is the latest offering from Silver Sky Development. Conceptualized by Stratton Architects and led by Stratton Andrews, it is one of 12 ultra-luxury homes in the Silver Sky Paradise Valley community and is poised to become a landmark residence at the base of Mummy Mountain.
The Nova estate, an 11,965 square-foot property, features six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, three powder rooms, and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that offer an immersive natural light experience. It includes a five-car garage, a spa treatment area with a steam room, a butler’s pantry, a game room, and a lounge with a built-in wine wall and indoor/outdoor wet bar. The residence also offers two offices, a casita with a bedroom and private pool bath, and a pickleball court, among other luxurious amenities.
Named to reflect Andrews’ rapid ascent in the architecture world, Nova is a nod to his bold vision, blending classic European elegance with modern luxury.
“When we think of the country’s elite architectural talent, Stratton Andrews is one of the top names the comes to mind,” says Jeremy Takas, principal at Silver Sky Development. “Nova not only impresses with its beautiful design, but with its intuitive functionality. We can’t wait to see Stratton make his mark on Silver Sky Paradise Valley.”
The architectural community has already taken notice of Nova. The National Association of Home Builders recognized it in the ‘On-the-Boards Single-Family Production Home’ category at the 2023 Best in American Living Awards (BALA). The specific award levels will be announced at the 2024 International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.
BALA, celebrating its 40th anniversary, honors excellence in various residential housing sectors. “We were extremely thrilled to receive this award,” Andrews says. “Silver Sky will be the premiere benchmark for Paradise Valley development and design. We’re excited to help set that stage and be a part of the journey.”
Nova’s construction and design involve renowned professionals like Arcadia Custom Builders, Holly Wright Design for interiors, Creative Designs in Lighting, and landscaping by Berghoff Design Group. Interior designer Holly Wright aimed to echo the home’s classic architecture with modern and inventive details.
