The luxurious landscape of Paradise Valley is set to be enhanced with the debut of ‘Nova’, an $18.5 million European transitional estate. This architectural home is the latest offering from Silver Sky Development. Conceptualized by Stratton Architects and led by Stratton Andrews, it is one of 12 ultra-luxury homes in the Silver Sky Paradise Valley community and is poised to become a landmark residence at the base of Mummy Mountain.
The Nova estate, an 11,965 square-foot property, features six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, three powder rooms, and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that offer an immersive natural light experience. The National Association of Home Builders recognized it in the ‘On-the-Boards Single-Family Production Home’ category at the 2023 Best in American Living Awards (BALA). The specific award levels will be announced at the 2024 International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.
