The new lineup of creatively crafted cocktails has been designed to delight your taste buds and lift your spirits. From the tropically tantalizing Easy Breezy, featuring Tito’s vodka, passion fruit, Aperol, pineapple, and fresh lime, to the cheekily named Stacie’s Mom (Has Got it Goin’ On), a refreshing blend of Empress gin, pineapple, banana, fresh lime, and Cave Creek Olive Oil Company’s peach balsamic – there’s a drink for everyone on this vibrant menu.
Feeling a bit prickly? Try the Wild Thorn, a smooth blend of Pomp & Whimsy gin, Cream De Mure blackberry, lavender, fresh lemon, and orange bitters. Or get whisked away with the White Lotus, a mysterious mix of St. George pear brandy, Prosecco simple syrup, pamplemousse, fresh lemon, and CBD grapefruit sparkling.
For the caffeine lovers, the Sleepy Tiki offers a tropical twist on your morning cup of joe, combining Plantation pineapple rum, passion fruit, Borghetti espresso liqueur, pineapple, and fresh lime. The Absinthe Mind will take you on a dreamy journey with Lunazul blanco tequila, cucumber, pineapple, Absinthe, and fresh lime.
Craving something smoky? The Dragon Breath delivers smoke without fire, featuring Naran mezcal, dragon fruit liquor, elderflower, Aperol, quinquina, and fresh lemon. And don’t forget to try the Backyard BBQ, a Clarified Old Fashioned made with Maker’s Mark, BBQ simple, and smoke bitters – a surefire hit at any gathering!
In addition to these enchanting elixirs, Liberty Station has expanded its craft beer and wine offerings. Savor the Church Music Hazy IPA from The Shop Beer Co., the Spellbinder Juicy IPA, or the Chateau Tavel Aqueria Rosé, among other delightful options.
