St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP) is happy to announce the grand opening of its newest thrift store, located on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale at 4857 E. Greenway Road, Suite B.
SVdP thrift stores generate funding for the nonprofit’s Valley-wide services, including food pantries, dining rooms, services for the homeless, and charity medical and dental clinics. By supporting the thrift stores, shoppers are helping bring charity services to families and individuals in need.
“St. Vincent de Paul’s goal through the thrift stores is to take care of our customers, donors, volunteers, staff and ultimately the people we serve with kindness and dignity,” says Director of Retail Operations Mike McClanahan. “We look forward to celebrating the opening with our new neighbors and forging new relationships. Please join us and don’t forget your face masks!”
The new store is one of six SVdP thrift stores in the Valley and carries furniture, clothing, artwork, appliances and other household items. The store is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Individuals can drop off donations from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the back of the store, or schedule a pick up online at stvincentdepaul.net/schedule-a-pickup.
