Since its inception in 2014, Taphouse Kitchen, with two Valley locations — one in Phoenix at 3131 East Shea Boulevard and one in Scottsdale 6137 North Scottsdale Road—has become as much renowned for its food and atmosphere as for its wide selection of craft brews, including the vast array of suds they brew at TAPS Brewery in California.
Now, the company is excited to announce the addition of several of its most popular brews to its everyday list of offerings, along with a multitude of local and house-made brews that will continue to be available on rotation.
“We are constantly evolving our offerings based on our customers’ needs and desires and with that in mind, the decision to add these popular brews to our regular menu is a no-brainer,” says Joseph Manzella, co-founder of Tableside Partners, which owns both Taphouse Kitchen locations, and TAPS Brewery. “We’re thrilled that so many people enjoy our beers that are handcrafted with passion, expertise and attention to detail.”
The following TAPS brews are now available daily as part of Taphouse Kitchen’s daily craft brew program:
CREAM ALE: An American-style ale light in body, light in color (but not necessarily light in alcohol!), this brew is similar to a blonde and provides a very smooth finish. (5.3% abv)
FLEX IPA: This medium-light bodied West-Coast IPA is the perfect canvas for the hops to shine. Featuring notes of pine and citrus that dominate the nose, Flex IPA offers a pleasant and slight lingering bitterness that remains balanced on the palate for maximum drinkability. (7.2% abv)
IRISH RED: This medium-bodied, slightly toasty Irish-style ale with a smooth finish is a real champion! Irish Red was a Gold Medal Winner at the 2006 World Beer Cup, Gold Medal Winner at the 2006 and 2015 Great American Beer Festival (GABF) and Silver Winner at the 2012 GABF. (5.3 % abv)
JUICY LIU: This New England-style Hazy IPA utilizes flaked oats, barley, and wheat to provide a smooth mouthfeel with soft bitterness and intense aromas of pineapple, mango, orange, and grapefruit. (7.5% abv)
MASON’S WILLY TIME: A Belgian-style white ale brewed with orange, grapefruit peel and coriander resulting in a crispy and refreshing brew. (5% abv)
MASON’S RESPETO: A light and refreshing Mexican-style lager with notes of earthiness and a clean finish (4.5% abv)
These favorites are joined by a long list of other local and popular craft brews at Taphouse Kitchen locations and will remain on the menu while others are rotated according to season, popularity, and exclusive availability.
