Take a Class with the Peoria Interactive Experience
If you are interested in taking a class and connecting with others, but prefer to do so from the comfort of your own home, check out the new Peoria Interactive Experience. The city of Peoria has partnered with Televeda, an interactive and live streaming platform, to provide a menu of community engagement experiences. Current classes include cooking, chair yoga, and bingo. For more information, visit peoriaaz.gov.
Register for Summer Swim Lessons
Registration continues for summer swim lessons at Centennial, Sunrise and Peoria pools.
• Centennial Pool: 14388 N. 79th Avenue
• Sunrise Pool: 21321 N. 86th Drive
• Peoria Pool: 11200 N. 83rd Avenue
Summer lessons run for 30 minutes, Monday through Thursday, for two weeks. Lesson are $25 for residents and $57 for non-residents at Sunrise Pool or $31 at Centennial and Peoria Pools. Weekend and private lessons are also available. For more information, visit peoriaaz.gov/aquatics.
City to Launch New Online Payment Portal
This summer the city of Peoria will be rolling out a new online system for paying utility bills. The new system, Invoice Cloud, is a one-stop-shop where residents can access and pay all their city bills electronically. Residents can enroll in paperless billing, get text notifications, and opt to pay by phone, text, or online with a credit card, debit card or e-check. When the new, secure system officially launches, more information will be available at peoriaaz.gov.
