Healthy Habit Health Foods is a family owned and operated health store located in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. It has been a staple of the mid-central health community for decades. We, Jim and Jaime Boyachek, acquired this wonderful store two years ago. We have a passion for health and were thrilled to bring our personal experiences and knowledge to Healthy Habit. I, Jaime, am a Registered Nurse for over 14 years, and a Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner. I have always encouraged healthy lifestyles to my patients. I am thrilled to be able to assist individuals to find those healthy habits and educate the community on supplements, nutrition, and wellness inside Healthy Habit and the community.
Healthy Habit has always been a favorite destination in the Valley of the Sun, because we provide the best quality nutritional and wellness products, have a knowledgeable staff, and offer incredible products at excellent prices. We carry a huge selection of delicious, natural and organic snacks and groceries, while also supplying the best and widest variety of vitamins and supplements we can find! We have added to those foundational elements by offering even more to our customers in the Phoenix area by expanding our product selection, hosting a live radio broadcast (and podcast), and offering additional services in the store, including a Medical Center. We cover a lot of ground in the world of natural health!

Community is important!
We love our local store and building relationships in the community is extremely important to us. We host a live radio show every weekday morning between 9:00am and 10:00am on 1100 AM KFNX that helps keep the community apprised of all the latest news on health and wellness, product reviews, and even a Q & A component where the listeners can call in to get questions answered. We want to be the go-to shop for all things health and wellness, and we believe that all starts with knowledge and a better understanding of what health products are available, and how they work!
