For those not familiar, I have worked in this resort lifestyle real estate arena a very long time. I have worked for the best Developers in this space including Desert Mountain, Del Webb and Pulte Homes. For what it is worth, my read on the industry today is that the Trilogy Division of Shea Homes is the gold standard for creating new communities that actually bring people together.

If you haven’t had a taste for why residents are “Joining the Movement”, then make sure a visit to Trilogy at Verde River is in your near future. The 55-plus and resort lifestyle community at 174th Street and Rio Verde Drive not only borders the Tonto National Forest, which offers the most unbelievable backdrop regardless of the time of day, but also has proven itself for some serious adventure and fun. Between the Tom Lehman designed golf course that recently underwent renovations and enhancements, several dining options, a full-service day-spa, fitness center, culinary studio, bocce and pickleball courts, and a new approach to a sport shop called The Outfitter, there’s a reason more and more people are moving there. And that’s only the beginning of it…

On February 9, Shea Homes is introducing a new collection of duet homes in the Resort Collection. The Collection includes three floorplans, ranging from approximately 1,342 square feet to 1,678 square feet, all providing a lock-and-leave lifestyle ideal for homeowners searching for their second or smaller home with HOA-provided front and backyard maintenance.
Also unveiling at the community on February 9 is an all-new Model Gallery including the new Dorado floorplan, two Resort Collection homes, and current, popular plans with buyers that are single-family, detached. All 10 brand new model homes will feature revamped interiors and redesigned exterior architecture offered in Spanish, Ranch Hacienda and Desert Contemporary.

A beautiful home isn’t the only thing being offered at Trilogy. The Verde River Golf & Social Club encompasses more than 30,000 square feet of indoor, outdoor and covered patios. Each day, residents have a plethora to choose from, and what makes the experience bigger and better is the hospitality team that ensures robust social programming. Residents say what they love most is that they can be active as much or as little as they’d like, and they never have to worry about missing out on the fun. They enjoy spaces like the popular Needle Rock Kitchen and Tap, offering farm to table dining led by Executive Chef Paul Steele; a market café, with gourmet and everyday food items plus locally crafted gifts; culinary studio, Helen’s Kitchen, for classes and private parties; resort and lap pools, art studio, a full-service day-spa, Alvea Spa; the Outfitter and pro shop for sports gear, equipment and apparel; and more.

To learn more about the resort lifestyle and explore the all-new Model Gallery, join the grand opening fun on Saturday, February 9 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Future events can be found on SheaHomes.com/VerdeRiver.
