The Paradise Valley Mall Redevelopment Project is still in its planning stages. It has been updated to include the space that Macy’s occupied and an adjacent vacant parcel of property on Cactus. Their zoning request has been amended to C-2 High Rise with a density waiver and a special permit for self-storage.
There are opportunities in February for the community to learn more about the project and share their opinions for or against the redevelopment efforts. To see meeting dates, times and how to access them, visit paradisevalleymall-zoning.com/public-meetings.
To participate in virtual meetings, see the instructions on the agenda available on the public meeting notices website at phoenix.gov/cityclerk/publicmeetings/notices. For questions regarding the format of these meetings, contact Village Planner David Simmons at 602-262-4072 or [email protected].
If you would like to give input for or against this project, North 32nd residents are encouraged to reach out to:
• David Simmons with the City of Phoenix Zoning Commission at [email protected]
• Ed Bull at Burch & Cracchiolo at [email protected]
• City Councilwoman Debra Stark at [email protected]
The website for the project is paradisevalleymall-zoning.com and it is continuously updated as the project continues to develop.
