The Stetson Social is a wine bar and restaurant slated to open this summer at 8245 W. Happy Valley Road at the 83 Marketplace shopping center. The restaurant will take over the vacancy that was previously going to be Howler’s.
The Stetson Social will feature an extensive wine selection, as well as seasonal cocktails and craft beer. The menu will focus on small plates, salads, sandwiches, bruschetta boards, and regional specialties from Mediterranean countries. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner, with brunch on the weekends.
The Stetson Social is the second restaurant concept from Mario and Kayla Rana, who opened Osteria Mia in May 2020 in the Shops at Norterra. They have been looking for the perfect location for this concept, and say they found it at 83 Marketplace. “We love the modern design of the building as well as the view of the mountains from the patio,” says Kayla. “Another big draw for us was the other high end restaurant concepts going into the shopping center.”
