Thompson Thrift Retail Group recently announced the addition of Club Pilates to the tenant line-up at Sunrise Promenade in Peoria. The new Club Pilates is set to occupy approximately 1,539 square feet of retail space and offer professionally instructed classes and training on state-of-the-art equipment. Club Pilates boasts being ranked as the Fastest Growing Fitness Franchise in Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000 and 500. According to their website, Club Pilates plans to open 800 or more locations by the end of 2020.
Club Pilates hopes to open their Sunrise Promenade location in the middle to end of May 2020. They join other retailers at the shopping center including Aldi, Jabz Boxing, Burgerim, Pearle Vision, Pacific Dental, Honey Go Nails, Sherwin Williams, and Black Rock Coffee Bar. Approximately 10,000 square feet of space remains available for lease or development.
