Owned by Northwest Peoria residents Jon and Sherry Siegel, Times Two Entertainment is a unique entertainment-based business making a name for itself on the Upper Westside.
“Times Two Entertainment is named after our twins because everything in our lives is ‘times two,’” Jon says. “We service the entire Phoenix Valley either via outdoor big screen community movies in the park or weeknight food truck dinner nights. We love our Valley communities and strive to make each event better than the last, whether it’s for an HOA, school, business, church, a fundraiser, or others. If it’s event-related, we’ll take care of it and make the event host look like a rock star.”
With a passion for the local community, Times Two hosts the West Valley Pop UP free monthly community movie nights. The events are held on the second Saturday of each month at Fletcher Heights Park, located at 8135 W. Lone Cactus Drive in Peoria.
Each month’s event has a different theme (for example, this month’s theme is Valentine’s Day, next month is St. Patrick’s Day, etc.) with matching festivities.
These free events are open to the public to attend and feature a big screen movie, food trucks, kids’ dance party, contests, games, a night market, family-friendly music by DJ Jonny, kids’ activities, and more.
Dates for the West Valley Pop UP include:
• February 12, 5-8:30 p.m.
• March 12, 5-8:30 p.m.
• April 9, 5-8:30 p.m.
• May 14, 5-8:30 p.m.
• June 11, 5-8:30 p.m.
“Our passion to bring our communities together drive us to continue doing these events month after month,” Jon says.
