Uncle Bear’s Brewery, Grill & Tap is preparing to open its fifth location in the Valley at 10625 North Tatum Boulevard in the Paradise Village Gateway Shopping Center.
Slated to open this month, Uncle Bear’s Paradise Valley offers a family-friendly atmosphere where pups are welcome on the patio, lending itself to families, sports fans, beer enthusiasts, and man’s best friend. With a “Come, Sit and Stay” approach to family dining, Uncle Bear’s has a place at the table for all walks of life, especially the four-legged, barking kind, according to the restaurant.
“When we started Uncle Bear’s Grill & Tap back in 2000, we envisioned a place where friends and family could come together, hang out, share a delicious meal and enjoy some drinks,” says Uncle Bear’s founder Todd Carey. “Today, that dream has become a reality, and Uncle Bear’s is far more than your average restaurant. Our guests are like family, and we’re thrilled to be moving beyond the East Valley to serve other amazing communities throughout Phoenix.”
Known for their exceptional “old fashioned style” craft burgers and beer, Uncle Bear’s will be serving up time-honored recipes that include burgers, Tex-Mex, sliders, wings, and more. In addition, Uncle Bear’s will serve original doghouse drinks and feature 16 locally brewed craft beers on tap as well as rotating seasonal favorite brews.
“Having the opportunity to work with our amazing team and create unique local brews is something I’m really passionate about,” says Carey. “Our beer can now be found at retail locations across Arizona and on tap at all our Uncle Bear’s locations. We’re so grateful for the support of our guests who take pride in supporting local businesses and locally brewed craft beer.”
The 3,900 square foot dog-themed establishment will be open seven days a week and is currently hiring for all positions, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and cooks. Those interested can fill out an application online at unclebearsaz.com.
