Great food, great service, great ambiance––these are things you’ll find at Paradise Valley’s Uncle Bear’s Brewery.

This popular spot, located at Tatum and Shea, opened in December of 2021 and has been growing a loyal following ever since.

There are tasty menu options for just about every taste. Starters include garlic parm fries, Tex-Mex trio, chips, and house made salsa, a baked pretzel, and their signature spicy chicken wontons (psst, these are worth the trip alone).

Looking for a bit more to eat? There are plenty of sandwich options including a BLT, turkey avocado melt, Eureka Springs pulled pork, buffalo chicken sandwich, and more. There are burger options as well including OB “Dog Beach” shroom, Coco’s PB&J, and Louie’s brisket burger, among others.

You’ll also find soup and salad options, Tex-Mex plates, and chicken wing options, along with carefully crafted cocktails, wine, Uncle Bear’s own specialty beer options and plenty of non-alcoholic drinks.

In addition to a delicious menu filled with wonderful food options, the restaurant just recently kicked off specials for guests each day of the week.
• Merch Monday: 30% off all Uncle Bear’s merchandise.
• Tex-Mex Tuesday: You-call-it-tacos for $4/5, 25% off all tequila shots, $5 margarita special, $5 Tio Oso pints.
• Paws Up Wednesday: Kids eat free every Wednesday with the purchase of an entree and half-off bottles of wine (available at five locations).
• Thirsty Pooch Thursday: $5 Uncle Bear pints all day and slider specials.
• Dogs Eat Free Saturday: Pups can get a free dish from the dog menu with the purchase of an adult entrée, so bring the dogs and enjoy the great patio.

These above specials are only valid at Uncle Bear’s Paradise Valley and Scottsdale locations. Happy hour specials are currently offered at the restaurant Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Looking for additional savings? Anyone who wears Uncle Bear’s merchandise while dining at the Paradise Valley or Scottsdale locations will receive 15% off their check.

Uncle Bear’s is locally owned by Todd Carey who debuted his first neighborhood sports bar in 2000, naming it Uncle Bear’s Bar & Grill after his black lab, Bear.
