Grab your mat and experience the art of yoga with a twist! Incorporate an ice-cold beer into your favorite poses! Located in the Barnes and Noble Courtyard of Desert Ridge Marketplace, enjoy a 1-hour yoga class taught by experienced instructors at Mountainside Fitness.
This unique event will run every Sunday through December 9. Come early and grab a beer, because class begins at 10 a.m.
Yoga & Beer is free and open to the public. A bar will be available with a selection of beer (cash and credit cards accepted). All proceeds benefit The Singletons (formerly known as Singleton Moms), which is a home grown, Arizona-based non-profit. This amazing group is dedicated to providing hope and support to single parent families affected by cancer.
