Local yogis rejoice because the third YogaSix Arizona location is set to open in the next few months and, lucky for Upper Westside residents, it is right in our backyard. The new YogaSix, located at 24737 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway, will be one of the newest tenants at Sunrise Promenade.
YogaSix offers a variety of classes for any skill level. The six core classes offered include a 101 course, which eases beginners into the world of yoga, a hot yoga class, a slow flow class, a restoration class, a power class, and a sculpting class. Each of these courses help target individual areas of the body and the mind.
YogaSix will open in the summer with safety precautions in place to ensure everyone is comfortable to practice. The staff at YogaSix will be sanitizing the studio before each class and does have rental equipment available for those that may have forgot something at home. Be on the lookout for special activities and classes to come once they open.
